John French is a fashion photographer. He posed his models in visually appealing ways with arm and head poses. He created different sharp lines and angles with his models. I used Ella and Cleo as a model. He had his models wear vintage clothing. I posed Ella and Cleo in a way that showed lines and the vintage look throughout town. 

Portraits

On this assignment, we were assigned to take portraits. We framed the photos on a white background making sure that there were no shadows. We framed it in as a square and made it simple with no extra edits. This helped show the real emotion through their expression and not through any props. By asking questions or saying something to the model, it helped show a true emotion that was authentic.
